Access and parking on the gravel road without problems even in wet weather, it is possible to pitch a tent on the regularly mowed lawn in the shade of trees. You can swim in your own pond, cool your drink or beer in the nearby stream and enjoy the views of the ridges of the Eagle Mountains and the surrounding meadows with grazing cows. Firewood and electricity are available. It is possible to refill drinking water and pour a chemical toilet cartridge into the sewage treatment plant at the cottage 60 m away.

- The land is adjacent to the rented cottage, which is about 60m away.
- There is no Wi-Fi on the property.
- There is drinking water which is pumped approx. 3m from the caravan park
- Access to the pond is from the maintained side of the dam
- The pond is used by guests of BezKemp and guests of the nearby cottage.
- Every Saturday from about 10:00 - 15:00 there is maintenance of the land including the surroundings, we recommend to agree in advance with the owner on the details.

A beautiful place under majestic trees, with amenities: water, electricity, seating, fireplace and a fire pit.
we didn't stay overnight, the next cottage was full of craftsmen and it didn't suit us so we left immediately after arrival
Very nice place. Well-kept. Everything promised in the description of the property has been fulfilled. We were alone on the property.
My daughters and I stopped here for one night during our roadtrip through the Czech Republic and overall I rate the place very positively. We appreciated the water, electricity and dry toilet on the property. We didn't use the fireplace due to the wind, but the wood and everything we needed was prepared in an exemplary manner by the owner.
To be honest, I was a little worried about the symbiosis of two places for campers and a recreational facility. I guess it depends on the constellation of visitors, but we can't complain at all that there was any diminishing of privacy or mutual interference during our stay. The sites are well screened from each other and meticulously maintained. Well a little forget about the bathhouse I guess. At least I swept it out with a broom. We have been on e-bikes e.g. to Šerlich, Pěticestí, in Luisa's valley or in Olešnice in the Orlické Mountains and back via Čihalka. All were good trips. I still appreciate the tap with a long hose - an unprecedented thing in the context of the campsites we have visited so far. Definitely recommended...
