I don't know what else to say—it's absolutely fantastic. Beautiful views, plenty of space, and a luxurious outhouse with a flush toilet. The garden is well-maintained, the water is drinkable, and the toilet looks like it's made of alabaster. I highly recommend it.
A nice, clean, quiet plot of land, a great outhouse, and a solar-powered shower... I was alone, and the little jar of honey the host gave me lasted me the whole trip through the Czech Republic.
A really nice place and location. Great for biking with the kids. The train runs right behind the fence, so you can hear it passing by. The host was accommodating and friendly. Thank you for letting us stay here.

A great place to work on the car, and the kids got to run around on the soccer field. It's a short walk from the road, but there's nothing to disturb the peace and quiet.
We had everything we needed here. We loved the divine peace and quiet, the view of the forest and fields, plus a hot shower, a cozy sitting area, a grill...what more could we ask for? :)
A beautiful and peaceful spot surrounded by nature, with plenty of privacy. Comfortable facilities, including the option to refill water, connect to electricity, and discharge gray water. The surrounding area is ideal for hiking and biking trips. We really enjoyed our stay and would love to come back.

It's worth a visit.
A great location with a view of Svojanov Castle. Some people might have trouble driving up the very steep hill to the village, and for those who don’t use leveling chocks, I recommend arriving early—the lot isn’t entirely level, so getting the RV level is quite a challenge. Communication with the owners is great, and you can even take home an interesting souvenir.
A truly enchanting place—it’s almost entirely on flat ground. The owners are within sight, yet you have complete privacy. There’s also a small pond, and a little boat is available by arrangement. You’ll really feel like you’re in a fairy tale. The view of the sun slowly setting is a breathtaking sight.

Bezkemp, located right on the wine-growing street in Blatnice pod Svatým Antonínkem, is the ideal spot for any lover of wine and beautiful views. Thanks to its strategic location in the heart of the wine cellar alley, you won’t have to worry about long walks if you end up drinking more wine than is good for you (which isn’t really a problem in Blatnice).
A nice orchard with a fire pit and a dry toilet. Plenty of space to pitch a tent. The orchard is on a slope, but you can find a fairly level spot for a comfortable night’s sleep. We were given 10 liters of drinking water, even though there’s a severe drought and they’re short on water themselves. However, about 400 meters along the yellow trail toward Sirákov is the abundant Studánka U Javorů spring—you’ll have to look for it a bit, as it’s hidden in the woods off the trail. Overall, a great spot. The view from Vartovna is spectacular.
A really nice place, plenty of shade, a chance to swim in the river, restaurant facilities, and a shower right next to the tent. We really enjoyed our stay, including the concerts. Thanks so much—we’d love to come back!

A truly beautiful, flat, and private spot. The property is bordered by bushes and trees; it’s visible from the road, but you’d hardly notice it. There’s a fire pit with seating on the property, and access to utility water. Communication with the owners was great—we’d love to come back here. In the evening, we had a wonderful view of the night sky.
For us, it was an amazing place. Peace, tranquility—greenery, ducks, fish—simply beautiful. We had the place all to ourselves. The owner was very friendly. Our doggies were able to run free. We also took a refreshing dip in the pond. We even went paddleboarding on the pond. There’s a store in the nearby village. And about a 35-minute walk away is Lake Nieslysz—sandy shores, crystal-clear water, and a really nice place to swim. We highly recommend it.

The terrain is quite hilly, so it was a bit of a challenge to find a good place to park, but we managed it :)
This was our second time here. Everything was great. An outdoor kitchen with a fridge, restrooms, a shower with hot water, hammocks and swings all over the grounds—a very nice setting for relaxing and spending time with the family. We highly recommend it.

A year later (almost to the day) at the same spot, and once again we’re completely satisfied. The facilities and functionality of the stellplatz are flawless, as is our communication with the owner. The weather was fantastic, the Perseid meteor shower was a bonus, and the eclipse was magnificent—the only thing missing was water in the reservoir, but that’s out of our hands 😊 In any case, we’d love to come back and highly recommend it.
A beautiful spot in the middle of the woods; the slope can be leveled out with wedges. The only problem was that the campsite was littered with human waste, which is a real shame. But it could have been left by hikers who passed by.
A beautiful place where you can truly relax. Peace, quiet, and tranquility by the pond, with stars overhead in the evening… exactly what we were looking for. We really enjoyed our stay and would love to come back. A big thank you also goes to the owner for the great and pleasant communication. We definitely recommend it! 😊
Great spot—the kids didn’t want to go home :-) There’s really plenty of space here, complete privacy, shade (if you want it), and beautiful sunsets. Camping is made even easier by the basic amenities available—a tank with utility water, a gazebo among the poplar trees with a nice view :-) , a large table, and seating. We wanted to use the spot as a starting point for trips, but in the end, we also spent a lot of time enjoying activities right there. We’ll definitely be back.
The place is beautiful, but the road isn't really suitable for cars with low suspensions. In the end, we stayed for only one night instead of two. It was impossible to sleep on the bed—it was just a board with foam padding. Otherwise, the hostess was helpful and friendly, and the place had a wonderful atmosphere.
A lovely, peaceful place with great owners. We look forward to visiting again.
