A really nice place near the forest with great facilities. The friendly owner welcomed us and showed us around. The narrow-gauge train is in operation, and the trip was really fun; there’s also a very nice zoo in Hrádeček.

The cottage was clean and ready for us; inside, we found everything we needed to prepare meals, make tea, and read books. The owners were very kind—they even lent us a dog leash and offered us some jam. We really had more than we could have hoped for—a beautiful natural garden, peace and quiet, privacy, and a relaxing atmosphere. The surrounding area is perfect for walks, bike rides, and other outings. I highly recommend it; we’ll definitely be back someday.

Everything was wonderful, and the amenities were more than sufficient. Beautiful nature, peace and quiet—the wooden sculptures on the property are incredible works of art. Communication with the owner was top-notch.
We’d love to come back sometime, because it was truly relaxing—especially when we could climb into the heated hot tub after a full day.

A very nice, (quiet during our visit) and spacious lot with access to the river, which was pleasantly refreshing on tropical days. The lot is well-maintained (mowed) and level; we didn’t even need to use shims to level it. Adjacent to the lot is a pen with animals. The lot has an electrical hookup, water, a fire pit, a dock over the river, shade under the trees, and a sunny meadow—everyone can find a spot that suits them. There’s a restaurant just above the property—another nice bonus—with friendly service; you can even use the restroom there—it’s simply great. And here I’d like to ask a question. The restaurant is open from 10 a.m. to 8 or 9 p.m. (depending on the day of the week), and there’s nowhere on the property to use the restroom. I’ll admit I didn’t quite understand where guests are supposed to go to the restroom outside the restaurant’s operating hours (there are signs on the property asking people not to relieve themselves there and to use the restaurant’s facilities)? It wasn’t a problem for us—we have our own restroom—but it was clear that some guests don’t have that option and have no choice but to… Still, I’m giving it full marks because everything else was great; we really enjoyed it, but they should really set up an outhouse for campers.

An absolutely wonderful place to camp. Secluded, peaceful—just nature and relaxation. A helpful lady showed us to our site and explained everything. The restroom facilities were very good. We were completely satisfied.

The place is located on the very outskirts of a small village, within sight of the safari park in Dvůr Králové. It’s peaceful and quiet here. The occasional gunfire from the nearby shooting range is nothing to worry about.
The garden is carefully maintained, very pretty, and, in addition to the vegetables grown there, is full of wild strawberries.
The cottage is small, but it has everything you need. A big plus is the large pergola with an outdoor kitchen and a fireplace with a grill grate.

Great access to the property, which is located near the city center, yet you feel like you're out in the middle of nowhere by the woods :) You can't hear any outside noise here!

A quiet spot at the edge of the village, with tall grass cut back to make room for one vehicle in the garden; water and electricity are available. There is no toilet. Suitable for cycling trips in the surrounding area.

The place is at the end of the valley and is really peaceful. You can tell that the owners take good care of it and maintain it well. On the information boards, you can read interesting facts about the construction of the fruit drying facility, excursions in the area, and more. The kids liked it here, too—there’s plenty to explore. The only issue we had was leaving the site, because there was asphalt work being done on the access road during our stay, but that’s just something we couldn’t control. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay and would love to come back sometime.

A beautiful, peaceful spot with a view of Sirotčí Castle and Pálava. The owner came out to welcome us and offered a wine tasting. We couldn’t say no. The wine was excellent, and we had a nice chat with the owner. If anyone wants to experience Pálava in all its glory in a peaceful spot with beautiful surroundings and a wine tasting, I sincerely recommend it.

We were completely satisfied. We had no trouble finding the property, and the gate lock works perfectly. As a bonus, there are raspberries growing right there, beautiful views, and peace and quiet. The owner was very helpful and friendly. Thank you—we highly recommend it.

A wonderful experience. In fact, the trailer is even more beautiful and cozy than it looks in the photos. A clean environment where every detail has been thoughtfully designed. For a mom who needs to recharge and take some time for herself at the start of summer vacation, this is heaven on earth :-) I thoroughly enjoyed the natural habitat on the property; the local frogs gave me a lovely welcome. The trailer is easily accessible by public transit; it’s located about 1 km from the Heroltice, rozc. / Heroltice, Švábka (connections to Jihlava about once an hour), and then it’s a pleasant walk along a hiking trail past the Konika farm and through the forest around the ponds. I recommend following the navigation instructions. I tried going without it and got lost, but someone from the airport pointed me in the right direction. I had no trouble arranging to turn on the water with the lady in the neighboring trailer (the faucet is right in front of her). I’ll definitely come back here when it’s time to relax again.

The property is located between the Lužické and Orlické Mountains. It’s a great base for excursions. About 2 km from the Czech trail. The incredibly well-equipped kitchen and common room—or rather, common building—provide five-star accommodations. I can definitely see us camping there again on our next trip north—whether in a tent or a cabin.

A really nice place to camp—everything you need is available, plus a swing and a trampoline for the kids. The cleanest outhouse I’ve ever seen on the property :)
In the morning, our neighbor was already working in the field, so there was less privacy, but that didn’t bother us...

A beautiful place with plenty of places to visit nearby. Close to the Elbe River, with swimming, a ferry, and a great kiosk.

Peace and quiet in a secluded spot. The shower works well, with plenty of hot water and a strong stream. The dry toilet was clean. There’s a new grill on the property, complete with wood chips. The covered seating area was also fine—we brought our own chairs. We recommend visiting the nearby Česká Kamenice swimming pool during the summer months.

A beautiful place; everything matches the description. The only thing that bothered us a little was that the neighbors are right next door, just across the fence. And that the shower is right by the fence, where the neighbors can see us. Otherwise, everything was great. Too bad we didn't get to see the donkeys, and we could only see the horses from a distance.

When traveling through the Lusatian Mountains, we definitely recommend “Sad u potoka,” which we stumbled upon by chance just before a heavy rain. You’ll be greeted by a very kind and helpful hostess. We felt like we were visiting very good friends. You can also use the bathroom in the house, which is a nice perk. Thank you, and all the best. :)

We stayed at campsite 2. Our stay was great, and the owner was very accommodating. Living alongside the horses was no problem at all 😉. They grazed peacefully right next to our tent and weren’t bothered by us at all. Drinking water is available above the campsite and is very good. The dry toilet was fine.

A beautiful little cabin tucked away practically in the woods, yet still in Brno. The lot is a long, narrow strip, and the cabin is built into the slope about halfway up, surrounded by trees that provide plenty of shade throughout the day. Inside the cottage is a large living area with every conceivable amenity—dishes, a refrigerator, a kettle, books, games, and basic groceries—all carefully and thoroughly labeled on sticky notes. Sleeping arrangements include a raised loft above the entrance or a pull-out couch in the main room. Service water from the well flows from the outdoor sink next to the cabin and from a hose at the bottom of the property; the owners have provided plenty of drinking water in canisters and PET bottles. Driving directly to the property is a bit of an adventure—you’ll need a car with higher ground clearance, and I definitely wouldn’t try it in wet conditions :) Unfortunately, we didn’t meet the owners in person, but communication via the Bezkemp website and by cell phone was seamless.
The property was wonderfully peaceful; we spotted a squirrel and a family of thrushes, and in the evening, swarms of fireflies—though unfortunately, these were accompanied by swarms of mosquitoes, so definitely bring insect repellent :)
The only downside to our stay (for which neither the property nor its owners are to blame) was the scorching heat approaching 40°C; at lower temperatures, our stay under the cherry tree would have been practically perfect.

A beautiful plot of land in a quiet location. Drinking water is available from a hose, along with a dry toilet, a fire pit, and equipment for use around it. Although the property looks large, I think the ideal number of groups of visitors is 3, or 4 at most. We were there with a large family tent, and we found only one spot on the entire property that was flat enough for a sleeping area. It’s no problem for RVs, campervans, or cars with roof tents. Otherwise, everything was perfect, and we’d love to come back here.
