- Connection with a 10A circuit breaker, distance from parking spaces approx. 25-50m. If necessary, there is no problem to borrow an extension cable.

Chemical toilet
- Chemical toilets cannot be poured on the property or into the vat. If you need it, it can be poured at my house into the septic tank on K Street. Klostermann (approx. 150m from the property) - toilet only with ecological tablets, thank you.
Trouble-free arrival even in bad weather
Approach on level, partly on a dirt hard road, passable even in rain although the grass could be slippery for heavy motorhomes.
Restriction of the access road
The entrance gate is 4.5m wide, but you have to break 90° from the dirt road. It's not a problem, just a warning :-) motorhomes over 8m in length may have a problem.

If you arrive with your dog, please check where he does his business and clean up after him (for our sake and other campers).
Fires are only allowed in a steel fire pit or in your own grill. Please always be careful, Bzenecko is a dry area.
Please behave normally :-) You don't have to be like mice, but don't make any noise either. Behind you is a garden hut where neighbours sometimes stay in the season. Let's be considerate.
Arrival and departure times are by arrangement, not strictly given. So I prefer everyone's individual requirements and we always agree :-)
I will happily dispose of your bagged rubbish in my bin, so you can leave it in the pergola if you don't take it with you.

A magical, secluded spot with a view of a beautiful sky full of stars. A great place for people who need to clear their minds and relax in peaceful natural surroundings.
This property caught our eye right away—a spacious garden with a convenient driveway and all the necessary amenities. It’s clear that the owners thought of their guests’ comfort down to the last detail.
One nice touch that caught our attention is the self-service cooler with drinks—we didn’t use it ourselves, but it’s a nice and practical idea that many guests will surely appreciate. Plus, the check-in and check-out times are very generous, so you have plenty of time to arrive and depart without any unnecessary rush.
One small note for those visiting during the hot months: finding shade for your car can be a bit trickier on warm, sunny days. And given the generous time slots, if you’re paying for “private access to the property,” you might run into other guests on the first or last day of your stay—nothing major, but it’s good to keep that in mind (the permitted check-in and check-out times overlap)
Overall, though, the concept of the place is really well done, and the facilities are top-notch. We’d love to come back here.
A large, fenced-in lot with a shelter, water, and a shower. Everything was thought out down to the last detail—we’d love to come back :)
A pleasant place. Close to Vata Pisky and Bzenec.
We were satisfied; the owner was very pleasant. The only thing was that the train, which runs near the property, woke us up the first night, but we got used to it.
