The garden is fenced and in a beautiful quiet place on the outskirts of the village, where you can enjoy the peace and quiet with a view of the Sumava ridges. Dining in a nearby restaurant ( 5 km) or in summer refreshments in the campsite under the hill (2 km). It is adjacent to our holiday cottage where we sometimes stay, but it is separated by a barn and we do not disturb each other in any way. You will have the 1500m orchard to yourself, which I try to keep always mown, and the village feel. I can provide electricity and drinking water.
You can adjust your arrival or departure time by prior arrangement as long as it does not interfere with another booking.
There is also space on the property for an additional caravan or motorhome if it is a friendly group of non-campers, to maintain the privacy of visitors. You can combine your stay with a stay in my second garden directly in Susice ( in the Bezkempu offer ,,garden in Susice by the river Otava,

Trouble-free arrival even in bad weather
Local minimally traveled asphalt road, from which you enter the property immediately. The garden is slightly elevated compared to the road, see photo.
Restriction of the access road
Height unlimited, width of the entrance gate 3.2 meters.
cycling
Šumava cycling routes or marked cycling routes in the surroundings, trips to Rabí Castle or Velhartice.
fishing
Ca. within 15 km Otava river, trout and non-trout fishing area
water sports
Aquapark Sušice,Horažďovice or Klatovy,1.5 km Valcha pond (quality of swimming depending on weather)
hiking
Prášilsko, Železnárudsko or in the Bavarian forest, or marked hiking trails in the surroundings.
Other activities
One-day canoe trip down the Otava river Sušice-Horažďovice, rope centre in Sušice.
There are no restrictive rules, just courtesy and consideration and a beautiful undisturbed stay will be your reward.

A quiet, spacious place; the owner is very helpful and accommodating, and even though he was in the adjacent building mentioned here, we didn’t feel our privacy was compromised at all. We definitely recommend it! 👍

The garden is great,but there is also the owner's cottage on the property, so if someone is there, it's not complete privacy ....otherwise electricity and water fine and all the hikes around you nearby 👍
