All this and much more is offered by our charming brick cottage in the idyllic village of Polom, right on the border with Poland, between the picturesque villages of Sedloňov and Olešnice in the Orlické Mountains.

The cottage is situated on the edge of a sunny meadow, where nature becomes your best companion. It's the perfect retreat to relax, recharge and digitally detox without giving up the comforts of civilisation.
Strategic Location:
Just 2 km from the lively centres of Olesnica and Sedlonovo and only 300 metres from the ski lift! In winter, ski right outside the door, in summer go hiking or cycling. The chalet can be easily reached by car and parked right next to it, and there is also a bus stop nearby.
Convenience and Comfort:
The two-storey cottage offers a cosy kitchen fully equipped with dishes, an electric oven and a two-burner stove. The stove will keep you warm and you can prepare simple meals on it. Basic ingredients such as sugar, salt, spices, tea and even a coffee machine with free coffee are available! A massive table with benches and chairs invites you to sit in the evening.
Flexibility Accommodation:
Currently the lodge comfortably accommodates 4 people, but we are open to larger groups - just make arrangements! We are planning to expand the upstairs with additional sleeping capacity to cater for even the most demanding.
Everything for your stay:
There is dry wood, electricity, bottled water and a comfortable chemical toilet as well as an outdoor "kadibudka". A well with pump and waterworks is completed, drinking water is provided and will be available in the future.
A paradise for Outdoor Enthusiasts:
Directly at the cottage you can connect to the cross-country skiing trail (in summer hiking) which will take you to the Orlickohorská magistrála. The surrounding countryside offers countless possibilities for day trips - hiking, cycling, skiing - there are no limits to your imagination!

The property is easy to access even in bad weather
The cottage is right next to a local asphalt road, but parking is required next to the cottage. If there is a lot of snow, the honored visitor must dig out a parking space for their car, but we will try to have a space ready. Alternatively, the bus stop is right outside the chalet.

Directly at the cottage is the possibility to connect to several cycling routes for both demanding and excursion. Absolutely wonderful starting point for bike trips!

The Orilka Mountains as such directly encourage hiking. Anytime and anywhere. The hut is at an altitude of about 700 m above sea level, so how about going to Vrchmezí (1084 m above sea level) ?

The cottage is in a great location, but so far more for punks :-) I hope that the price corresponds to it. Maximum 4 people. (two beds two sleeping on a sofa bed. Over 4 people you need to make arrangements - there is space, but no beds :-D

The land for unpretentious people with a pet who love hiking super and I must praise the beautiful view from the bathhouse, so I did not use the chemical toilet.
Cottage exactly as described by the owner. Surroundings with lots of possibilities.
Wonderful attitude of the owner. He poured us a bottle of wine for a pleasant evening, prepared fuel in the fireplace. Another pleasantness - lots of water and 4x extra beds. We recommend to visit. We spent the evening playing in Uno.
Great hidden cottage
It was a really big punk, so nothing for the squeamish, but for us it was great, we enjoyed it!! (Even with kids!!!!) There was wood in the cabin, plenty of water. Stove with a slower start,but then it's heating great,so it's possible even in winter. We even used it for cooking.
