In case of interest, I provide services of a guide to the NP Bohemian Switzerland and its surroundings.
Every visitor to my property receives information materials of NPČS and I will gladly advise what to visit, what to look out for and so on.
It is possible to have several caravans or tents on the property at the same time, but always within one group. You will always be alone.
The owner is sometimes present in the cottage but will never disturb you.

There are many cycling and forest paths in the area. Nearby is the National Park Czech Switzerland, interwoven with about 80 km of marked cycling trails.

3 km from the property is the lake Stará and Nová Oleška. It is necessary to have a fishing permit.
water sports
3km from the land there is the lake Statá Oleška with a swimming pool and the natural lake Nová Oleška.
hiking
There are many interconnecting marked hiking trails in the area. NP Bohemian Switzerland is a tourist paradise and is crossed by the Via Czechia / Trail through the Czech Republic.
Animals
V nékterém období se na druhé části pozemku nachází poník Sára a její kamarád oslík Barnabáš. Nedá se na nich jezdit, ale jsou velice přátelští. POZOR prosím nekrmit!!!

Nice, quiet place, super shelter. We listened to the deer bugling in the evening and morning. Unfortunately we didn't have time to hike around the area, would love to go back again.
Nice place with equally nice surroundings. A little beyond the forest above the property is a beautiful view of the valley. Large fire pit, clean fire pit, wood can be gathered a short distance in the woods above the meadow. We also appreciated the shelter and the possibility to connect to 230V. We did not see the owner, communication with him via messages very fast. Thank you.

Nice, quiet and spacious place, beautiful surroundings suitable for walks. Helpful owner, whom we thank for the possibility to use the running water in the adjacent house. We like that even though the property is large, it is only rented to one group, so we spent a relaxing weekend there with our family.
We would definitely love to return.
