My first—and honest—disappointment at a “no-camping” site. The ad promises peace and privacy. But it doesn’t mention that you’re right next to a forest bar—which a previous comment does point out—and, on top of that, near a fairly busy nature trail. All of that is still something you can live with.
Unfortunately, the listing doesn’t even make it clear that this is a “no-camping” spot within a campground… You’re behind the campground, on the edge of the forest, but you’re still just a short distance from all the RVs and other campers—and with much worse access (a steep slope). And actually, it’s even farther from the dam.
On top of that, the tent sites are simply impossible to find. The listing promises clearly marked spots, but finding them is simply impossible unless you know the place or, as in our case, call the owner. The link to the maps will take you to a campground with different tent sites located among the RVs.
Given the weather, there were a lot of people in the area, and chaos was everywhere. The tent that was supposed to be with us at the second campsite never showed up—they probably set up in the wrong spot as well—and one of the RVs that arrived with us ended up leaving because there was nowhere left to park, even though they’d reserved a spot through BezKempu.
According to the ad and the owner’s words, there were supposed to be three parking spots near the campsite, or it was possible to park anywhere on the property. It was simply impossible to park somewhere where we wouldn’t be in the way, and after wandering around for a long time, we couldn’t find a spot.
After a few visits from families to the empty forest bar and the rocks next to our newly pitched tent, and seeing the fire pit covered with sand from the sandbox next to it (I get it, drought), we decided to leave the place, and I’m honestly sorry that I didn’t evaluate the ad more critically.
I admit, it’s my fault, but don’t promise something that’s probably only true during the off-season.
I’m sorry it was no longer possible to cancel, since we didn’t arrive until the afternoon after our trip.

Great spot—luckily, we were the only ones there. The only downside is that the forest bar is right next door, so people tended to linger there, but since it was completely empty, most of them just had a cigarette and moved on. So, if the bar is fully stocked, don’t expect any peace and quiet.
