The land is fine, the description fits exactly. Great that there is a dry toilet. However, if they trimmed the trees a bit so you don't have to weave around the property or added maybe log seating around a fire, it would make quite a hit for almost nothing. Plus fix the fence to the neighbor's, there's not much for dogs to run free like that. Otherwise the location is great, Nymburk is beautiful and full of interesting things to see. We were also very pleased with the nearby sandpit. What didn't please us much was paradoxically the loudness of the local fishermen, the frequency of cars, but that can't be helped.
Nice well maintained lot with fencing. So a person can leave things even for a longer time without fear of losing them. Good arrangement with the owner. You have to take into account that there is a busy bike path right next to the property.
